Our client, in the automotive industry is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional for the post of Service Manager to join its growing team.
The incumbent will oversee the service department operations, ensuring top-quality maintenance and repair services while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a key leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to driving performance and team development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the service department.
- Lead, coach, and mentor service technicians and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company standards.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and track service KPIs and efficiency metrics.
- Oversee parts ordering and inventory control.
- Handle budgeting and department forecasting.
Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, or related field).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive service management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of diagnostics, service systems, and workshop technologies.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency with service software and reporting tools.
