Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, a Pioneering Technology Leader, is looking for a Service Engineer.
Reporting to the Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible to support the development and implementation of Installed Base (IB) Management process.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Country IB / Service Manager to drive and coordinate implementation of Installed Base Management and Market Transparency processes and tools.
- Ensure accurate Customer Site data
- Level 1 Support of ServIS, IB Management system
- Support Service Account Management and Service Business Development
- Coordinate Service Market Analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in installation, commissioning and service.
- Sound knowledge of Electrical equipment will be required.
Candidate Profile:
- Good knowledge on tools and applications in scope including ERP usage
- Business competence (strategy comprehension and mindset)
- Understanding of marketing and strategic thinking
- Process mapping and requirements gathering skills
- Ability to apply problem solving methods
