Bachelor's Degree
Missions:
1. Call handling in both English and French to provide support to IoT customers.
2. Mail management: Handle emails in a timely manner [not exceeding 30 mins] to process emails and customer requests.
3. Provide subsequent statusing to customer via email or phone for all incident / Service Request opened following customer requests as per defined severity on a timely manner.
4. To handle customer requests as efficient as possible using internal tools and ensure best quality is being delivered
5. Appropriately categorize, prioritize and escalate incidents and service requests which resolution is not found
6. Dectect incident proactively and take necessary actions with customers
7. Lead internal projects
Profile:
1. Degree Holder in IT Degree in : IT Network , Telecommunication , Information System
2. Excellent communications skills. Fluent in English and French (verbal and written)
3. Experience : 18-24 months experience in a technical support role.
4. Time management, organizational and communication skills.
5. Proactive, self-motivated and determined.
6. Ability to build relationships with team located outside Mauritius
7. Flexibility in work hours required
