We are looking for a Service Coordinator on a one-year fixed term contract. The latter will maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, follow up with debtors, and customer interactions and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Job Profile 

We are looking for a Service Coordinator on a one-year fixed term contract. The latter will maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, follow up with debtors, and customer interactions and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery. 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Prepare, issue and follow up on quotations, purchase orders and service orders.
  • Plan and coordinate technical interventions.
  • Handle customer requests and ensure prompt responses.
  • Prepare and submit tender documents accurately and on time.
  • Follow up on overdue payments and confirm invoice receipt.
  • Manage ERP uploads for tenders.
  • Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers and Accounts Team.
  • Any other cognate duties may be assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Holder of a Higher School Certificate.
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills and Attitude

  • Knowledge of after-sales service and client communication.
  • Proficient in office administration, including document handling.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and invoicing procedures.
  • Good verbal and written communication in both English and French.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to build and maintain good customer relationships towards ensuring customer satisfaction.
