Our Client is seeking to recruit a Sens Spa Supervisor - Brand Promoter for its operations in Seychelles Island
Responsibilities:
. Oversee the operations of the Sens Spa
. Be on time for shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service
. Be flexible with rosters, supporting the needs of the spa
. Provides consistent professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols.
. Effectively inform and educate our guests about specific wellness concerns.
. Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation and sterilisation as directed by law and the hotel’s policies and procedures.
. Perform preparatory work, properly clean and re-stock required materials.
. Communicate with management on any all occurrences involving guests in the spa that require attention.
. Regularly attends, participates in and supports training and staff meetings for the spa.
. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
. To ensure that all tasks performed in the hotel are done in a safe manner and to take corrective action to satisfy the Health and Safety Act.
. Maintain accurate records of Spa Treatments and products.
. Lead and participate in branding activities of the Sens Spa products and services.
. Introduce, orientate and train spa therapists within the hotel group to the Sens Spa treatments and products.
. Meet with the hotel guests and visitors in order to assist with spa treatment appointments.
. Attend to enquiries made in person, by telephone or email with regards to the Sens Spa products and services.
. Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
. Maintain and manage guest appointments to establish clientele and clients’ profiles.
. Accepts reservations for spa treatments in a polite and efficient manner.
. Through personal deportment, appearance and manner promotes a high level of guest satisfaction.
. To lead staff within the Spa Department of the each of the hotels in the group in training and familiarization sessions.
. To ensure that Spa Therapist in all the relevant hotels is adequately trained in the application and use of the Sens Spa products.
. To monitor and coach Spa Therapists in the Hotel Group with regards to the use, application of, merchandising and branding of the Sens Spa products.
. Determine that adequate operational supplies are available and that the spa furniture and equipment are clean and in good order.
. Initiate requisitions for operational supplies and repairs and maintenance work orders.
. Conduct daily stock take of consumables and reconcile use of consumables with treatments conducted.
. Actively promote the Sens Spa facilities, treatments and products.
. Stay informed about local, national and international best practices/trends in spa management.
Profile:
. A good knowledge in Yoga
. Formal training and qualification in spa and wellness therapy
. Proven relevant working experience
. Hands on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies
. Efficient and knowledgeable of spa treatment products and of their applications
. Knowledge of Spa Treatments ranges must be of professional standard
. Experience in up selling techniques
. Good written and oral English language skills
. Communication and customer service skills
. Background and experience in training desired
. Positive attitude
. Computer literate and familiar with office computer software packages
. Have unquestionable discretion
. High standard of hygiene.
