Job Responsabilities 

Putting into operation 

· Learn about tools and software related to the project 

· Respect treatment procedures and instructions 

Producing 

· Detect anomalies concerning the utilization of files and alert coordinators 

· Receive customer data directly 

· Ensure production tasks by minimizing production time according to your profile and given instructions 

· Apply the graphic concept briefed or produced by the artistic directors for the production of a final document, while respecting the client’s visual identity or product 

· Carry out self-quality control by using the checklist 

· Enter the time spent for prductions in the management tool 

· Follow on-going projects 

· Report the progress of the project 

· Follow the statements of the quantities produced 

· Challenging the brief, delivering the expected and the unexpected in your response · Helping Junior and Middleweight designers to stay on track, being a support for their creativity ·Understand the client need, adding insight and richness to the design brief · Presenting with confidence and clarity and objectivity, enabling debate, taking on board the views of others and positively giving feedback to drive improvement 

Delivering 

· Prepare the document before the execution phase 

· Be involved into the delivery process 

· Take notes for billing informations
