Senior Systems Administrator

Responsible for independently designing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems to ensure optimal performance, availability, security, and data integrity.

• Ensure secure access and data protection through authentication, authorization, and encryption.
• Execute daily and monthly operational procedures.
• Develop and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Apply system updates and security patches to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Plan and perform system migrations and data replication.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and performance issues.
• Manage and maintain servers, operating systems, and applications.
• Monitor and optimize server performance and resource usage.
• Automate routine tasks using scripts and tools.
• Administer virtual machines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Resolve network connectivity issues across systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems and procedures.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

• 10+ years of experience in Windows and Linux server administration
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL databases
• Strong background in system design, installation, configuration, performance optimization, security management, and troubleshooting
