Summary

 Serve as the primary supply chain point of contact for regional BIA entities.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Ensure purchase requirements of local entities & the ESB sales orders are processed
  • Monitor and handle resolution of discrepancies through a centralized Control Tower approach.
  • Follow-up of Import License with local entity
  • Identify urgent backorder lines and coordinate with Procurement to accelerate delivery schedules.
  • Lead weekly cross-functional coordination calls with Parts Sales Support Officers (PSSOs), Local Expediting Officers, and the Logistics Coordinator.
  • Update the PSSO or the Local Expediting Officer on the back-order lines and shipment status
  • Partner with logistics to prioritize and expedite warehouse shipments of critical items
  • Monitoring and resolution of local entity parked invoices and monitoring of Local IDOCS
  • Strictly follow the escalation matrix and ensure actions are taken on time
  • Train junior coordinators and support knowledge sharing across teams
  • Contribute to SC continuous improvement

 Who are we looking for?

  • Education & Expereince:
  • Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Management, Sales (or similar by experience)
  • Experience in Supply Chain (3-4 years)
  • Fluent in French and English
  • MS Office and SAP (or any other ERP)
  • Any customer or supplier facing experience is a plus
  • Flexi Time:
  • Weekly rotational basis: 08h30 - 17h00 / 10h30 - 19h00 (summertime) & 11h30 – 20h00 (wintertime)
  • Public holidays on a rotational basis: 12h00 - 16h00
