Senior Site Supervisor

Your Role
As a Senior Site Supervisor, you will oversee the execution of fit-out projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll manage on-site activities, coordinate teams and subcontractors, and serve as the key point of contact for project implementation on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure adherence to project timelines and safety standards
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor site performance, quality of workmanship, and compliance with technical drawings and specifications
• Lead and motivate site workers and subcontractors to meet project goals
• Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions to maintain project momentum
• Conduct site inspections and ensure all safety and health regulations are strictly followed.
• Facilitate meetings and briefings to keep all team members informed and on track
• Manage and document site progress reports, checklists, and daily logs
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of site equipment and materials
• Represent Schimen Ltd professionally during client visits and site meetings

Who You Are

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Senior Supervisor in the construction or fit-out industry
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and health & safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick, informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Diploma or degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is a plus
• Willingness and ability to work odd hours
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites
