MAIN FUNCTIONS:

• Promote and sell Vehicle spare-parts, accessories, and maintenance products.

 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform proper verification, processing, and delivery of parts/ accessories within the shortest delay.
• Ensure that the delivery of parts for all cash or credit purchases is done as per established procedures.
• Prepare and send quotes to customers promptly.
• Systematic follow up of all quotes issued and orders processed.
• Identify slow moving items and develop action plans to boost sales.
• Liaise with the workshop concerning their requirements and availability of parts.
• Organize the transfer of parts from one warehouse to another as and when required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 

• Higher School Certificate
• Certificate in Motor Vehicle Engineering and/or Storekeeping or equivalent
• Knowledge about Electronic Parts Catalogue would constitute a definite advantage
• At least 5 years’ experience as Parts Advisor or in an automotive after-sales environment
