Senior Functional Analyst

ASD Worx Ltd is recruiting a functional analyst with a keen interest in integrating HR and payroll systems among others. You’ll be a part of a motivated team responsible for the development and maintenance of these applications.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

·    Functional pre-investigation

·    Suggesting initial solutions

·    Aligning and finetuning with primary partners

·    Conducting functional analysis

·    Capturing business questions from internal customers and actively seeking opportunities

·    Developing opportunities with technical colleagues and IT architects

·    Make estimates based on those developments

·    Discuss planning and priorities with project or team leader

·    Fleshing out details and accompany other colleagues during technical development or testing

      phases

·    Act as a bridge between business and IT based on knowledge and understanding of different

     stakeholders attitude

·    Follow up fully on the developments until they are activated for the end users

·    Communicating effectively and efficiently with all involved stakeholders

Profile

We’re looking for someone with:

·    At least a Bachelor Degree in IT (or equal by experience)

·    Some years of experience with either integration of HR or payroll systems or otherwise general

      payroll input/output applications

·    Affinity with IT systems and well versed in functional analysis

·    Team player orientation

·    Flexibility to travel to Europe

·    Ability to communicative effectively

·    Professional proficiency in English, this is the business language. Knowledge of additional

     European languages is an asset

·    Analytical problem-solving skill capability

·    Creative and dynamic attitude

·    An ability to go the distance and a drive to continue mastering the problem domain and its

     solutions

Skills set:

·    At least 3 years’ experience in a functional role

·    Exposure to Microsoft.NET, C#

·    Exposure to Ms SQL 2016
