goFLUENT is looking for a modern thinker and strong collaborator with excellent front-end coding skills. We want to hire an experienced ReactJS Developer to integrate and create cutting-edge web-based learning solutions, helping shape the future of our software and make a difference every day.

As a front-end developer, you'll have the unique opportunity to learn from experienced professionals at goFLUENT. Our mentoring program is designed to provide you with the necessary support and resources to improve your skills and stay updated with the latest technologies.
What You'll Do:
- Armed with the latest technology, you will be bringing ideas to life. Your primary goal is to design and deliver best in class learning solutions in collaboration with our international teams.
- You will be developing and implementing highly responsive and performant user interface components using React concepts.
- As an agent of change, the software interface under your care will be scalable, reliable, and sustainable - constantly surpassing competitors through new technologies.
- As the communicator and collaborator, you will make the complex, simple and the chaotic, orderly.
- As the creative technologist, you will transform problems to opportunities for innovation. Coding is a passion and not just a job
- Responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting our front-end codebase.
- Able to design and build modern user interface components to enhance application performance.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Fluent in Front-end development technologies.
- Architectural approach to projects and tasks, critical thinking.
- A leader attitude that will contribute to architectural and structural decision.
- Critical approach to lead code reviews.
- Literacy in the following is necessary:
- React.js
- JavaScript (ES5/ES6)
- Webpack, Node.js, Redux and flux
- HTML5 and CSS
- A strong desire to produce high quality software through test driven development, code reviews, and other best practices.
Experience interacting with robust microservices
architecture.- Experience working with development tools such as IntelliJ, Git, and Upsource.
- Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
- A good understanding of progressive web applications.
- A "can do" attitude and the ability to work on problems by thinking positively and in a collaborative manner.
