We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Officer to join MEDINE GROUP | Shared Services.

 

JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Digital Marketing Officer leads and supports the group’s digital marketing strategy across all business units. The role focuses on planning, executing, and analysing integrated digital campaigns to strengthen Medine’s brand presence and drive measurable results. This position also involves supervising digital projects and supporting business units in achieving their marketing goals through data-driven strategies and creative execution.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and manage digital marketing strategies for the Group and its Business Units.
  • Lead digital campaigns: planning, creative direction, budgeting, and optimisation.
  • Ensure digital efforts align with the Group’s communication strategy.

2. Content & Digital Communication

  • Oversee digital content creation and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
  • Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal teams for visuals and messaging.
  • Approve editorial calendars and campaign narratives.

3. Paid Media & Performance

  • Manage and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, Google, etc.
  • Monitor KPIs and adjust campaigns to improve performance and lead generation.

 4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyse campaign results and prepare performance reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

5. Website, SEO & Email Marketing

  • Oversee website updates and support SEO initiatives.
  • Manage email marketing and automation.

6. Team Support & Collaboration

  • Guide and mentor Digital Marketing Officer.
  • Support other BUs with digital guidance and best practices.
  • Contribute to communication efforts for group events and initiatives.

 

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE:

Qualifications Required:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Digital Marketing.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of advertising tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Proficiency in Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms.

  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (English & French).
  • Proactive, autonomous, and highly organised.
  • Team player with mentoring and collaboration mindset.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with attention to detail.
