To supervise daily AML/CFT operations, oversee the work of Compliance Analysts, and support the Compliance Lead in the effective delivery of the compliance programme.
Core Responsibilities:
- Supervise and review the daily AML/CFT work of Compliance Analysts.
- Manage compliance registers and ensure accuracy of filings.
- Support implementation of compliance monitoring and reporting programmes
. – Provide training and participate in awareness initiatives.
- Escalate issues and provide recommendations to the Compliance Lead.
AML/CFT Responsibilities:
- Supervise all AML/CFT daily operations and ensure adherence with AML/CFT compliance programme, including onboarding, screening, and file analysis.
- Review quality of onboarding and due diligence documentation.
- Escalate suspicious cases to the Compliance Lead/MLRO.
- Ensure effective record-keeping and traceability of AML/CFT files. Ensure inspection readiness and lead on regulatory requests or audits.
Data Protection Responsibilities:
- Support CLCO and Compliance Lead in Data Protection initiatives.
- Assist with internal audits, inspections, and policy updates.
- Support awareness-raising on data privacy requirements.
Experience & Profile:
- 3–5 years’ experience in compliance or AML/CFT operations.
- Experience supervising a small team.
- Strong understanding of AML/CFT requirements and good knowledge of compliance frameworks.
