Main Responsibilities:
- Maintains and controls departmental records, registers, and files in accordance with established procedures.
- Monitors compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Manages and maintains accurate inventories of departmental assets, stores, and supplies.
- Conducts regular inventory checks, reconciliations, and reporting of discrepancies.
- Assists in data collection, compilation, and analysis for reporting.
- Coordinates with other departments to ensure timely flow of information.
- Assisting in accurate and timely financial and operational reporting and presenting analysis
Candidate Profile:
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Possesses a pleasant, outgoing demeanor and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates creativity and the ability to think innovatively.
- Highly accurate, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Results-driven, able to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Flexible and willing to work odd hours, including Sundays, public holidays, and during cyclonic conditions.
