Senior Business Consultant - Quality

Responsible for coordinating the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) lifecycle on projects executed by State Informatics Limited and creating of all test materials.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Understand project requirements by collaborating with our customer stakeholders to create test scenarios/cases for both UAT (front-end) and end-to-end testing
2. Lead and Manage key quality activities like test script creation - automated/manual, test requirements traceability, and defect triage, test execution and reporting for small and medium complexity projects
3. Conduct QA testing, and facilitate UAT for small and medium complexity projects, creating the best possible test strategy
4. Identify potential quality issues per defined process
5. Participate in QA planning activities including reviewing requirements documents, participate in walkthrough meetings
6. Work with the customer to address questions and/or concerns during User Acceptance Testing so releases are done in a timely manner
7. Work closely with project team to resolve system and product issues

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• A degree in ICT ;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in functional, regression and system testing;
• Proven Experience in manual and automation testing;
• Working knowledge/experience with UAT processes;
• Working knowledge of QA methods and processes;
• Working knowledge of testing tools
