Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and unit testing of new application features with a focus on performance and scalability.
Collaborate closely with other developers, designers, and cross-functional team members to align technical solutions with business goals and enhance the overall user experience.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and PI planning.
Adhere to best coding practices—ensuring clean, well-documented, and traceable code through comprehensive comments, structured logs, and systematic documentation.
Provide technical leadership through peer code reviews, mentorship, and acting as a reference point for other developers.
Maintain and update system and technical documentation regularly.
Engage in continuous learning and self-development to stay up to date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree (BSc/Bac+3) in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
6 to 8 years of proven experience in back-end development using Web API, C#, .Net
Strong database experience with MSSQL or MySQL and MongoDB.
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, RESTful services, XML, and JSON.
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Comfortable working within Agile/Scrum environments.
Proficient with collaborative tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and Office 365.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
Commitment to writing high-quality, maintainable, and testable code.
