Senior Analyst - Corporate Services

The position provides structured support to the Corporate Services team by helping ensure that client companies meet statutory, legal, and corporate governance requirements. The role includes contributing to company secretarial duties while guiding junior team members where required.

 

Responsibility

  • Organise appointments, Board meetings, Committee meetings, and shareholder meetings, ensuring that all checklists and documents are properly prepared and filed.
  • Prepare agendas and simple board papers.
  • Attend meetings and draft accurate minutes under the supervision of the Manager or Company Secretary.
  • Prepare minute summaries, follow up on action items, and draft resolutions as required.
  • Review basic meeting packs, resolutions, and letters prepared by junior team members.
  • Support the preparation and review of documents for Annual Reports.
  • Ensure timely filing of Annual Returns, Accounts, and other statutory documents, as well as timely payment of related fees.
  • Assist in maintaining an updated statutory database and oversee proper scanning, naming, and filing of documents with junior team assistance.
  • Liaise with regulators, auditors, and legal advisers under the Manager/Company Secretary’s supervision.
  • Respond to inquiries from shareholders, directors, and other stakeholders, while supporting junior colleagues in addressing queries.
  • Work effectively with clients’ external customers and counterparties.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure appropriate actions are taken.
  • Perform other related duties within the Business Unit.
Profile
  • Degree in Business Administration or partly CGI (formerly ICSA) qualified
  • 3–5 years’ experience in company secretarial work, ideally in financial services
  • Accuracy and quality of work
  • Strong command of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational abilities and document‑management skills
  • High levels of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail
