It provides a range of services from long-term strategic planning and investments to day-to-day advice and administration to over xxx families of wealth. As at 2023, the Group employs over 900 people in 17 offices in 14 jurisdictions around the world. Our client is seeking to recruit a Senior Administrator (Onboarding) to join its team.                      

 

Role Description

  • Attending to the day-to-day activities in respect of the take-on of new Clients, including the transfer out – and transfer in of Clients.
  • Supporting the Front Office teams in ensuring that processes and workflows in respect of the take-on of new Clients are adhered to and duly completed.
  • Ensuring proper due diligence reviews are done at the time of Client take-on in respect of the Client and other stakeholders involved in a proposed structure.

Work Experience

  • 3-5 years’ experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • STEP 1 qualification would be advantageous, but not critical.

Principal Elements & Responsibilities

  • Assist Front Office teams to obtain business and compliance approval for taking on a new Client / additional services for existing Clients.
  • Initiate and manage creation of all relevant workflows and working with the Business Compliance Officer accordingly.
  • Ensure all business and regulatory take-on requirements have been met, e.g. all on-boarding documents have been duly signed, CDD is in order and risk assessments have been completed and signed off.
  • Assist with updating the Client Service processes and procedures, if required.
  • Ensuring that all documents are properly saved in DMS.
  • Ad-hoc duties and project work as may be required from time to time.
