Senior Administrator
Responsibilities and KPI'S:
- Coordinate timely, accurate reporting of intercompany loan (ICL) transactions across entities.
- Reconcile ICL balances between lending and borrowing entities to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Review, validate, and circulate periodic ICL reports to stakeholders.
- Enhance visibility, control, and efficiency of ICL management through effective use of the Treasury Management System.
- Maintain, renew, and update all ICL agreements, including key commercial terms.
- Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies, group frameworks, and applicable legal requirements.
- Collaborate with Legal teams across jurisdictions to ensure robust ICL documentation and governance.
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date repository of bank accounts and authorized signatories.
- Process bank mandate additions, removals, and updates, and conduct periodic reviews in line with SOPs.
- Strengthen signatory management controls to meet governance and regulatory standards.
- Manage risks related to mandate-change turnaround times and ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee bank account openings, maintenance, and closures in line with entity and group requirements.
- Coordinate with banks and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and submit documentation on time.
- Develop, formalise, and continuously update treasury Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure alignment between regional treasury operations and Group Treasury frameworks.
- Support internal and external audits through accurate, compliant, and retrievable documentation.
- Support preparation and submission of treasury reports to regulators, including the Financial Services Commission.
- Perform ad hoc treasury tasks, analyses, and projects as assigned by management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, process optimisation, and cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant degree in Finance, Law, Management or Financial-related subject or equivalent. Experience
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in industry and company administration.
- Experience of compliance will be an added advantage.
- Experience in supervising, mentoring, or training junior staff.
Competencies:
- Strong understanding of banking documentation, governance, and control frameworks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g Data/document management).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French language.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
