Our client in the property sector is seeking to recruit a dynamic Secretary.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle confidential documents.
  • Respond to email and phone calls.
  • Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes.
  • Maintain fillings system for easy retrieval and safe-keeping of important documents.
  • Deal with suppliers (getting quotes, follow up).
Profile:

  • HSC with A level in English, French and Mathematics.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and French both written and spoken.
  • Discreet, proactive and reliable.
