Our client in the property sector is seeking to recruit a dynamic Secretary.
Responsibilities:
- Handle confidential documents.
- Respond to email and phone calls.
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes.
- Maintain fillings system for easy retrieval and safe-keeping of important documents.
- Deal with suppliers (getting quotes, follow up).
Profile:
- HSC with A level in English, French and Mathematics.
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and French both written and spoken.
- Discreet, proactive and reliable.
