Leal & Co Ltd is hiring a Sales Secretary for its Renault Sales department.

MAIN FUNCTION:

  • Carry out administrative & secretarial duties for the Department.
  • Provide assistance for new vehicles orders and follow up.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare sales quotes, sales orders and sales invoices.
  • Collect and organise efficient and timely dispatch of letters and documents.
  • Maintain close communication with leasing and insurance companies.
  • Provide assistance in processing new vehicles orders and maintain close follow up with suppliers.
  • Assist in cross verification of invoices with New Vehicle orders.
  • Ensure the proper recording of information on DMS.
  • Other duties include processing of letters, filing, organisation of overseas travel, stationeries, and petty cash management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:   

  • At least a School Certificate
  • A certificate or Diploma in Secretarial duties/Business Administration or equivalent would constitute an advantage.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer Literate
  • Prior experience on a DMS
  • Proven ability to work in an organised manner and multi-task.
