This position for Urban Home at Bagatelle Mall / Grand Baie The main duties include: - Assisting and advising clients - Work towards achieving sales targets of the shop - Maintain good visual merchandising of products - Assisting with any daily shop floor operations when required
This position is to work at Urban Home at Bagatelle Mall / Grand Baie
The main duties include:
- Assisting clients regarding their product needs
- Advising on products and explaining their functionalities
- Work towards achieving the sales targets of the shop
- Responsible for the till / cashier
- Maintain good visual merchandising and display of products and labelling
- Stay aware of clients needs and requirements and communicate with management
- Continuous learning of products characteristics and technical specifications if any
- Housekeeping - maintaining the shop clean and tidy
- Assisting with any daily shop floor operations when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail
- Available to work night shifts and weekends a must
- Education level reuired: HSC / A-Level / Bac / IB
- IT skills - comfortable with basic computer software such as Word and Excel
- Fluent in French and English both written and spoken
