Sales Representative - Cosmetics
Key Responsibilities
•Promote and sell wines & spirits or Cosmetics products while providing excellent customer service
•Assist customers by advising on the products that would be best suited for their needs
•Increase sales through dynamic selling approach
•Manage stocks rotation and stock on hand through regular counts
•Develop animation and Follow up on sales promotions
•Advise management of all customer feedback
•Make the sales outlet look attractive and pleasant
•Follow up on VIP clients and handle administrative tasks
Education / Experience and Skills
•At least 2 years’ experience in Sales
•Knowledge in wines and spirits or Cosmetics
•Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts
•Passion for customer service, selling, and product knowledge
•HSC minimum required or Diploma in Marketing or Sales is an advantage
•Fluency in French & English
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
•A Team Spirits player with a charismatic personality
