Patrick Mavros is seeking a polished and customer-focused Sales Representative to join its Atelier. We are looking for someone who embodies elegance, professionalism, and genuine warmth; someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience to a discerning clientele.

Company Description:

Patrick Mavros is a renowned international luxury brand celebrated for its exceptional handcrafted jewellery, sculptures, and objets d’art inspired by nature, wildlife, and African heritage. Each creation reflects meticulous craftsmanship, artistry, and timeless elegance.

The Mauritius Atelier offers an exclusive and immersive experience for discerning clients, including both local and international high-net-worth individuals. With a strong emphasis on personalised service, refined storytelling, and impeccable presentation, the Atelier upholds the brand’s legacy of creating meaningful, memorable moments for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by welcoming customers warmly and presenting products using the Patrick Mavros service protocol.

  • Share the stories behind the brand, explain product details, and guide clients in selecting pieces that suit their needs.

  • Manage sales processes, including invoicing, quotations, VAT refunds, special/custom orders, and customer follow-ups.

  • Maintain boutique presentation with polished displays, pristine showcases, and an environment that reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

  • Support stock operations including reordering items, assisting with monthly stocktakes, updating price lists, and managing packaging and gift-wrapping supplies.

  • Coordinate customer orders with Production and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.

  • Assist with exhibitions, corporate gifting, boutique events, and partner point-of-sale merchandising.

  • Build and nurture client relationships through attentive communication and consistent follow-through.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all information is updated according to protocol.

  • Support daily boutique operations, including opening/closing procedures and general administrative tasks.

  • Monitor product readiness, ensuring items are polished, clean, correctly tagged, and display-ready.

 Candidate’s Profile:

  • Minimum Diploma (Bac+2); further studies in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage.

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and French; a third language (Italian, German, Mandarin or any other) is a strong advantage given the international clientele.

  • Comfortable using digital tools, POS systems, and basic administrative software (experience with DEAR/Cin7Core is an advantage).

  • Training or prior exposure to luxury retail, hospitality, jewellery sales, or high-end client service is a strong asset.

  • Strong team player, fast learner, resilient and able to perform consistently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage, retain, and nurture long-term client relationships.

  • Solid numeracy skills and accuracy in handling transactions and documentation.

  • Residing in the North or able to commute easily to the Atelier is preferred.
