He/She shall be responsible for managing sales tools, maintaining accurate sales records, preparing reports, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and assisting in forecasting and planning activities.
Sales Forecasting – Consolidate and validate monthly/annual forecasts; challenge assumptions with data and insights.
Sales Reporting – Maintain centralised sales database; deliver accurate daily/weekly/monthly reports to leadership.
Contribution & Margin Analysis – Track product/segment performance; analyse variances and recommend corrective actions.
Pricing & Discounts – Ensure accurate price lists, ERP updates, and compliance with discount/rebate approvals.
Budget & Strategic Planning – Provide detailed sales and market analysis for annual budgets and 3-year plans.
CRM & Pipeline Management – Oversee opportunity data accuracy; link pipeline to forecasts; coordinate reviews.
Order Processing – Supervise sales admin team to ensure timely and accurate order entry, invoicing, and credit clearance.
Cross-Functional Coordination – Act as liaison between Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Production for smooth execution.
Market Intelligence – Gather competitor pricing, market trends, and customer insights; provide timely updates.
Key Account Support – Deliver detailed account performance data to aid negotiations and retention.
Sales Incentives – Provide accurate performance data for incentive calculations.
Audit & SOP Compliance – Assist in audits; maintain and update sales SOPs to ensure compliance.
Commercial Projects – Support ERP upgrades, process automation, and new product launch readiness.
Ad Hoc Tasks – Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
Training & Team Development – Foster accountability, collaboration, and positive team culture; support training initiatives.
Safety / Health / Environment / Quality (SHEQ) – Comply with SHEQ procedures; report incidents; proactively improve practices.
