BrandActiv is looking for a Sales Merchandiser to join its dynamic team to work in its retail shop KazActiv. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on a variety of tasks that keep our store running smoothly.
Job Description:
- Maintain and replenish product displays and shelves to ensure they are well-stocked, clean, and attractive to customers
- Assist in managing inventory, including receiving, checking, and storing new stock
- Operate the cash counter, process transactions, and handle customer inquiries efficiently
- Support daily store management tasks, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction
- Process customer orders, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery or availability of goods
- Monitor product availability in store and report low stock levels
- Ensure promotional displays are up to date and in line with marketing campaigns
Qualications & Experience:
- At least a Higher School Certificate
- At least 2 years experiences in retail, merchandising, or a related field is preferred
Other Requisites:
- Dynamic individual and with a positive can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of order processing systems or POS software is an advantage
