Identify business opportunities; research and analyse sales options.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze sales reports, prepare budgets and sales forecasts;
• Achieve targets for sales growth and revenue;
• Meeting with clients and arranging business deals and events on the Island;
• Responsible to make profitable use of the Island's facilities;
• Gain a deep understanding of the needs and attitudes of a hotel’s guests;
• Responsible for coordinating marketing and promotional activities to meet customer needs;
• Work closely with other members of the hotel management team to identify marketing priorities;
• Post the Island's details on destination websites and online booking sites to increase reach to your target audience;
• Increase business deals & events during times of the year when bookings are low;
• To build a stable revenue base and ensure high levels of repeat business;
• Develop strong customer relationships;
Experience:
• 2 – 5 years in a similar position;
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry.

• Valid driving license is a must;
• A clean certificate of character is a must.
