The job incumbent shall be responsible to market and sell our range of products and services by retaining customers and acquiring new potential ones.
Sales – Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, process orders, schedule deliveries, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve/exceed monthly sales targets.
Marketing – Develop and execute sales programs, identify potential clients, promote products/services, track market trends, and support brand positioning.
Technical Support – Advise customers on plant nutrition programs, provide tailored crop solutions, and troubleshoot agronomic deficiencies.
Business Development – Collaborate on marketing strategies, identify commercial opportunities, manage channel partners, and maintain competitor intelligence.
Product Research & Development – Formulate trial recipes, validate new products, conduct agronomic field testing, and oversee packaging/labeling.
Customer Service – Handle client queries, manage orders, send samples, provide technical advice, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Reporting – Submit accurate sales forecasts, provide market feedback, deliver analysis reports, and maintain client records.
Budget & Strategic Planning – Assist in preparing sales budgets and contribute to long-term strategic planning.
Safety / Health / Environment / Quality (SHEQ) – Comply with SHEQ procedures, report incidents, and proactively improve practices.
