The Sales executive will be in charge of finding customers for the sale of one specific commercial property over a period of 3 months.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team for a fixed-term assignment of 3 months. The primary objective of this role is to successfully sell a rented floor in our commercial property. This role demands a proactive individual with excellent sales skills and a strong understanding sales to sophisticated and advised buyers rather than the lay person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing:
- Conduct market research to to prepare pitch for sale based on our specific process
- Preparing and managing pitch for customer introduction and follow ups
- sales funnel creation and implementation
- Client Engagement:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and online marketing based on agreed targetting.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, highlighting the benefits and features of the commercial space.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective tenants, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
- Negotiation:
- Support in Negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is obtained, or completed and processed efficiently.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on sales activities and progress towards targets.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on the status of leads and deals.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Proven experience in HNWI sales, preferably in real estate or commercial property or high-end luxury items.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great at cold calling.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software /(Hubspot) and MS Office 365 suite
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of the local commercial real estate market is a plus.
Work Environment:
- This position will involve a mix of remote, and office-based work and field activities, including property viewings and client meetings.
- You dont have standard office hours - just get the work done. We agree to specifics and KPIs before we start.
