Sales Development Trainer/Coach

 

Responsibilities

•Design and deliver engaging product and sales training programs for client-facing staff (e.g., retailers, distributors, partner sales teams).

•Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching.

•Ensure a consistent and premium brand message across all channels.

•Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to stay current on product updates, market strategy, and training needs.

•Assess training effectiveness using metrics such as sales performance, engagement, and feedback

•Develop training materials including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and quick reference guides.

•Monitor market and competitor activity to ensure training remains relevant and competitive.

•Provide ongoing coaching to ensure client teams are confident and capable brand ambassadors.

•Support product launches with tailored training programs and tools.

•Regularly visit client sites or retail locations to observe, coach, and reinforce training.

•Makes sure that the Shopping Experience in store is performed according to Brands guidelines. 

•Ensures that merchandising notes and planograms are respected in respective shops.

Qualifications & Skills

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
•3+ years of experience in sales trainings, luxury cosmetics or channel development.
•Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
•Ability to build rapport and influence across varying organizational levels.
•Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
•Experience working with virtual training tools.
•Willingness to travel as needed (local and/or international).
•Experience in cosmetics, luxury retail, FMCG, or similar industries.
•Multilingual capabilities (french & english).
