Reporting to the Centre Manager, the Sales Coordinator`s main responsibilities will be to assist the leasing and exhibition team to find potential tenants for the mall.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to lead sales through networking and social media of potential clients for exhibitions and advertising.
- Preparation of quotes and contracts and follow up on same to signed.
- Regular communication with clients.
- To be able to sell our products and services to potential clients.
- Review of sales dashboards and financial data linked to the department.
- Be a good negotiator and close deals.
- Planning of installations and dismantling of kiosks with clients.
- Chase for payment from clients as per applicable procedure.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- BSc in Marketing and/or Management or any other related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in sales, marketing and/or other related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Critical and analytical.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Proactive, Dynamic with good administration, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer Literate.
- Good team spirit.
- Able to innovate and proactive decision taking.
Roster system
The employee needs to perform a late duty (starts work at 12h30 and finishes at 20h30), during weekdays (Monday to Thursday).
The employee needs to be on duty for any two shifts during the weekend he/she is on duty:
