1) Sales Support & Coordination - Ensure timely follow-up on leads, quotations, and client communications.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and client feedback.
2) Partnership Management - Maintain and grow our existing network of affinity and strategic partners.
- Coordinate partnership onboarding, performance tracking, and engagement initiatives.
- Identify and propose new partnership opportunities in line with company strategy.
3) Lead Management - Manage incoming leads and allocate them to the appropriate team members.
- Monitor conversion rates and support team members in optimizing client engagement.
4) Sales Enablement - Assist in the development of sales tools, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns to support sales objectives.
5) Client Engagement - Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain a client-centric approach and ensure high-quality service throughout the sales process.
