PNL Logistics Ltd is looking for an Equipment & Fleet Officer for its Supply Chain Department.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Equipment & Asset Governance
Oversee daily operational use and condition of warehouse equipment and fleet assets.
Ensure assets are used correctly, safely, and in line with operational standards.
- Maintenance & Operational Compliance
Ensure compliance with servicing, inspection, and operational limits.
Follow up on maintenance execution and highlight recurring operational risks.
- Fleet Oversight & GPS Control
Monitor fleet movements and usage through GPS systems.
Ensure adherence to routes, schedules, and acceptable use standards.
- Training & Authorization Control
Ensure only trained and authorized personnel operate equipment.
Monitor validity of operator certifications.
- Health & Safety Risk Reporting
Identify and escalate equipment-related health and safety risks.
Support the Health & Safety function through proactive reporting.
PROFILE:
Diploma in Logistics or a related field.
Solid understanding of logistics equipment and fleet operations.
3-5 years’ experience in a warehousing or logistics environment.
Solid understanding of logistics equipment and fleet operations.
Working knowledge of health & safety principle.
