Our client, in the supply chain and logistic sector is looking for a Sales Administrator.
Our client, in the supply chain and logistic sector is looking for a Sales Administrator.
Reporting to the Sales and Supply Chain Manager, the successful candidate will serve as point of contact for customers and suppliers and provide support to the sales representatives.
The candidate should have a deep knowledge of internal and external customer service best practices and exceptional organisational skills.
Main Responsibilities :
Sales Responsibilities
- Process orders online and manually
- Check data accuracy and pricing in orders
- Process pro forma invoices for sales orders
- Follow up of orders until received by customer
- Communicate delivery lead timed to customers
- Liaising with suppliers/logistics services to ensure timely deliveries
- Answering and resolving customer queries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Develop monthly sales reports
- Communicate important feedback from customers and suppliers internally
- Providing administrative support to the sales team
Admin Responsibilities
- Answer, screen and direct inbound calls to appropriate individuals
- Receive, screen and direct visitors to the office
- Perform other tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Work experience as a sales administrator or sales support agent
- Highly computer literate in MS Office
- Prior experience working with SAP system would be a definite advantage
