Fill in the motor vehicle checklist with client details and Rental Agreement (RA) details prior to handing over to Sales Agent for verification with client. |
Verify reservations and ensure all related preparations are completed on time, including vehicle availability, special requests, and any additional customer preferences. |
Verify due backs and ensure all extensions are accounted for and accurately recorded. |
Handle the "check-in" process by ensuring that returned vehicles are inspected, and all necessary documentation is completed. |
Void deposits in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring accurate and prompt processing. |
Perform scanning of necessary documents in accordance with company processes. |
Balance and bank cash on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and reconciliation. |
Handle client queries promptly and professionally, providing assistance and resolving issues related to rentals, payments, and deposits. |
Facilitate the redirection of fines incurred during the rental period to the appropriate parties, ensuring proper documentation and communication. |
