Reporting to the Head of Sales Administration, this position is responsible for providing general administrative support to the commercial operations as well as handling customer complaints.
Duties and responsibilities :
- Gather and compile information from various departments in view of preparing agreements, tender documents, quotes, contracts, renewal addendum and other related documents.
- Respond to incoming and outgoing communications (mails, fax, telephone among others
- Perform data entry of contractual agreements / services provided to clients onto the software; the same to be maintained and updated accordingly
- Prepare reports by gathering, compiling, summarizing information on a weekly, monthly or any other basis as requested by Management
- At least a Higher School Certificate/Bac or any relevant qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in general administration environment.
