We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Sales Admin Associate to support our Sales & Business Development activities and ensure the smooth running of daily administrative and coordination tasks. This role is essential in helping our sales team stay organised, efficient, and focused on achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Sales & Business Development team, including preparing quotations, proposals, and sales contracts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales reports, and documentation
- Assist with tracking sales performance, preparing dashboards, and generating reports
- Handle customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses and a high level of service
- Coordinate meetings, client visits, and internal sales activities
- Support the onboarding of new customers and maintain CRM database accuracy
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and administrative workflows
Requirements:
- HSC or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role is an advantage
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
