Organized and reliable Sales & Admin Assistant with experience in supporting sales operations, handling administrative tasks, and coordinating with customers and internal teams. Skilled in order processing, documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Support showroom operations by preparing and sending quotations, planning deliveries, and assisting with inventory when needed.
- Provide timely and helpful responses to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and Facebook leads to ensure a positive experience.
- Participate in outdoor sales events and assist with regular reporting tasks.
- Assist with telesales and participate in sales activities to support business development initiatives.
Qualification:
- Minimum SC or HSC qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills.
- Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
