A minimum of 3 years working experience in a
similar position.
Working experience in the hospitality industry
would constitute an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Provide monitoring, consulting and training services to ensure compliance with Safety, Health, best practices and regulations.
•Organise and facilitates on-the-job training and coaching sessions for trainees and Team Members in order to develop their awareness on occupational Health & Safety.
•Maintain a working environment which is free from hazards by recommending adequate provision of facilities, arrangements and equipment for employees at work.
•Closely monitor that all Team Members are wearing any required protective clothing and using protective equipment.
•Organise and facilitates regular briefings with regards to Health & Safety issues.
•Organise a Health & Safety Committee in compliance with OSHA.
•Organise fire drill as per OSHA.
QUALIFICATIONS
•A Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety
•A Degree would be a definite advantage.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
•A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar position.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
•High Level of integrity.
•Proactive, dynamic ,flexible and professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
•Ability to multitask and meet closed deadlines.
•Well versed in Health & Safety Management trends.
•Strong knowledge of accident and incident investigations.
•Well versed with OSHA.
•A clean certificate of character is a must.
