Safety & Health Coordinator

We are looking for a Safety & Health Coordinator to join our Safety & Healthy department based at our Head Office in Bagatelle.

• Implement and maintain a Health & Safety Management System in line with OSHA 2005
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations
• Advise and support Management in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
• Conduct and document risk assessments, inspections, and audits
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, risk assessments, and statutory reports
• Develop effective communication channels on Health & Safety matters
• Design and deliver training programmes and awareness sessions
• Ensure proper emergency preparedness (fire drills, evacuation plans, first aid readiness)
• Assess safety needs (e.g. PPE, medical examinations) and advise Management
• Monitor H&S performance indicators and recommend improvements
• Assist the Manager – Safety & Security in departmental projects

• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
• Previous experience in Occupational Safety & Health (hospitality sector an advantage)
• Strong report writing and analytical skills
• Good training, presentation & organisational skills
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 2005 and related regulations
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
• Valid driving license (required for site visits)
