SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (IT TECHNICIAN)

Support the IT Team of Cim Finance in the maintenance of servers, PC park and network infrastructure. Ensure the continuity of business operations through performing system end of day/end of month procedures. Provide excellent customer service when troubleshooting of IT related issues.

Job Purpose:

Support the IT Team of Cim Finance in the maintenance of servers, PC park and network infrastructure. Ensure the continuity of business operations through performing system end of day/end of month procedures. Provide excellent customer service when troubleshooting of IT related issues.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily End of day procedures
• Perform end of month procedures
• Resolve hardware and software issues
• Perform remote and onsite interventions
• Movement and installation of IT equipment across the island
• Basic network cabling work
• Troubleshooting IT related queries
• Complete routine system and data backups
• Basic Network administration
• Act on IT tickets and update resolution steps

  Candidate profile:

• Diploma/Degree in IT
• Knowledge of PC repair (hardware and software)
• Basic networking knowledge
• Knowledge of Windows OS and Linux OS
• Analytical and solution orientated
• Valid Driver’s License
• 1 year similar experience is preferable
