SPA ATTENDANT

A Spa Attendant is responsible for providing high standards of service to guests in a spa setting. The role involves maintaining a clean and inviting environment, providing assistance to guests and ensuring that all spa facilities and services are operating correctly.

DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES

• Greeting and welcoming guests
• Ensuring the spa environment is clean and inviting
• Assisting guests with their spa treatments
• Ensuring spa treatments are carried out safely and professionally
• Assisting with the set-up and break- down of the spa area
• Carrying out any additional duties as requested by management
• Maintaining high standards of customer services at all times
• Responding to any guest enquiries in a timely manner
• Ensuring Spa facilities are in good working order
• Addressing my complaints in a professional manner
