• B Eng or Diploma in Building/ Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 6 -10 years’ experience on site with at least 3 years' experience as Senior Site Engineer
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong Personality
• Oversees full contracts or major sections of large construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Be responsible for overseeing site operations with a strong emphasis on safety, productivity, and environmental compliance.
• Efficient management of subcontractors and resources is achieved through effective use of plans, schedules, and sequences.
• The utilization of cost control, quality systems, and risk management strategies to achieve project objectives.
• To be the key liaison between clients and professional teams, ensuring clear and respectful communication.
• Promotes company values, drives continuous improvement, and leads by example on-site.
