SERVICE STATION SUPERVISOR

TotalEnergies is currently hiring a service station supervisor

Main Responsibilities

• Develop sales (petroleum products, shop and other services).
• Ensure the general integrity of operations with respect to the Station Manual and procedures, TotalEnergies safety standards as well as local legislations & regulations.
• Manage a team of filling station assistants and shop assistants.
• Promote and maintain excellent customer service at the service station.
• Supervise the daily work of contractors on site.
• Ensure that sales, stock and banking fully reflect the position of the business on a day-to-day basis.
• Prepare timely reports and analysis of results as required by Head Office.

Requirements

• EITHER: Degree/Diploma in Marketing,Management or any related subject
• OR : Higher School Certificate with Accounting and extensive (minimum 5 years) experience in Supervisory Management
• Prior experience in service station Management, Store Management or Marketing will be a definite advantage.
• Good supervisory and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Willing to work odd hours and on a shift system.
