The primary responsibility of the Room Service Supervisor is to ensure quality service 24 hours a day, to the patients by leading and motivating the staffs.
What you will be doing:
· Coach and train subordinates.
· Plan, assign, and monitor duties.
· Ensure that all in-suite deliveries are made according to timeframes set
· Ensure that the guests are provided with efficient and professional service.
· Maintain food presentation and temperature control of all orders.
· Train all room service personnel to answer the Room Service phone promptly and according to company standards.
· Ensure that adequate supplies are provided within the station to enable smooth, prompt and professional service at all times.
· Ensure that all suites/decks are clear of dirty trays.
· Ensure that assigned section is ready for service on time.
· Exhibit the company service culture, by being polite, courteous, and accommodating at all times.
