RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Collection & Storage
• Control the reception of data.
• Monitor that all files received are uploaded into the system.
• Notify customers of data reception and any anomalies detected.
• Maintain proper filing and data storage.
Data Input
• Update and control master references as required and according to defined procedures.
• Control sales records using internal quality tools and notify anomalies to customers in a timely manner.
• Reconcile invoices received from other airlines with IATA reports.
• Control uplifted documents using Flight Operations reports and Departure Control System messages.
Data Processing
• Reconcile sales and refund figures with airline reports.
• Process and audit own and other airline documents in accordance with IATA rules and regulations.
• Analyze sales and refund discrepancies and take corrective actions where necessary.
• Process invoices and initiate correspondence with other airlines regarding uplifted or rejected documents within set deadlines.
• Validate outward invoices before submission and ensure billings are submitted to the appropriate body within deadlines.
Quality Control
• Identify, correct, and log errors through established procedures.
• Take appropriate corrective actions for detected errors.
Reporting
• Generate and analyze airline statistical reports and other reports as required by customers.
• Perform pre- and post-generation controls for airline statistical reports, Forward Sales and Accounting files.
Planning & Organisation
• Contribute to team weekly planning in line with operational deadlines and validate with the supervisor where required.
Coaching
• Provide support and guidance to new team members.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum degree holder in Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the aviation industry is a definite advantage (ticketing, booking, cargo, freight management, etc.).
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Knowledge and experience in IT tools.
WORKING SCHEDULE
We offer a structured work schedule to support work–life balance:
• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
• Sunday Duty: 2 Sundays per month on a rotational basis
Sunday duties are **remunerated in accordance with the provisions of the Workers' Rights Act 2019.
This arrangement allows team members to benefit from a predictable weekday schedule while contributing to operational support on a rotational basis.
