Retail Operations Coordinator

Espace Maison Ltée is seeking a self-motivated and competent individual to join their team as a Retail Operations Coordinator.

Key Result Areas :

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Commercial Manager.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation including contracts, supplier agreements, and retail project timelines
• Act as the primary liaison between the commercial department and external service providers (e.g., cleaning, security and transport).
• Ensure timely execution and completion of tasks by external providers, maintaining high standards of service and cost-efficiency.
• Compile and analyze retail data such as sales performance, footfall, inventory trends, and promotional effectiveness.
• Create reports and dashboards to support decision-making for the Commercial Manager and senior leadership.
• Support the rollout of new retail initiatives and marketing campaigns across stores
• Track project timelines and flag any risks or delays proactively
• Recommend and implement administrative improvements to streamline workflows.

Required profile:

• Minimum qualifications : Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
• 2 years’ experience in related field would be an advantage
• Proficiency in Ms Office particularly in Ms Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English & French
• Strong analytical with a sense of detail and problem solving skills
• Managing relationship with stakeholders
• Planning and organizing
• Flexible and proactive
• Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team environment
