Retail Merchandisers must ensure that products appear in the right store at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities
COLLECTION MANAGEMENT:
• Ensure product allocation and follow-up
• Analyze product performance to readjust inventory depth
• Provide each store with an optimal stock level by family of product (quantity and value)
• Monitor and analyze KPI’s by store, zone, country (turnover, coverage, sell-through) and set up action plans
• Define replenishment and markdowns in commercial operations
FLOW OF PRODUCT MANAGEMENT :
• In charge of product reception by family in the warehouse
• Responsible for the planning distribution of the collection in store
• Set up and follow the planning flow in collaboration with the logistic and retail departments
• Track store flows (shop to shop transfers, returns to the warehouse)
REQUIRED PROFILE
• Advanced Diploma and first significant experience in a merchandising department.
• Pronounced taste for numbers and analysis.
