Responsibilities
•Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from procurement to discontinuation, ensuring optimal assortment aligned with market trends and customer needs.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers; negotiate contracts, pricing, and marketing budgets.
•Collaborate with demand planning and logistics teams to develop accurate order and inventory forecasts, avoiding stockouts and overstocking.
•Lead the development of the annual strategic plan, including market analysis, business objectives, and growth roadmaps.
•Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform pricing and product strategies.
•Develop and implement data-driven pricing models that balance cost, margin, and market competitiveness.
•Coordinate brand positioning and ensure consistency across marketing campaigns, product messaging, and customer touchpoints.
•Plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns in collaboration with suppliers, marketing, and retail teams.
•Support budgeting processes and analyze sales performance, profitability, and key KPIs across brands and SKUs.
•Track sell-in vs. sell-through performance and provide insights to improve distribution efficiency and inventory turnover
•Provide regular reporting and analysis to support consolidated business unit performance and strategic decision-making.
Education/Competence
•Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
•Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and sound presentation skills
•Proven strategy development and execution experience
•Knowledge level of digital marketing
•Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
•Good understanding of financial tools/KPIs
•Experience in Training/ Coaching
•Cosmetics knowledge (face care, fragrance, body care, make-up, hair care…)
